Have lived in Seattle for 7 years. Worked at the 5th for 2 years. The Seattle Freeze is very real and only in the theatre community. 5th's Director of Production is a toxic person who bullies their staff. The actors' generally seem happy, but the production staff are micromanaged and belittled constantly. (edited)

Seattle is a great city. This is a fun place to work. Pay could be better but the housing and other amenities are nice.

Pretty good theatre and creative team. Pay is good and Seattle is a cool city and place to hang out.
