did two shows there, and had good experiences both times. smaller space with abundant silver hairs (and tend to be white) who are devoted locals that often sell out at least 70% of the run. dressing rooms were redone recently, use of company cars/transport to and fro city plus EMC points are very often included with contracts. the emphasis on artistic value is highly respected. very few downsides (main one is the housing needs renovation as it is dated, the town is very very quiet but honestly not that far from the city, and the rehearsal process is a bit slower: there is often a rush to get the second act of shows done within like half the time of the first half of the show)
