I watched as the creator of the company, gaslit, manipulate, harass, and berate my fellow cast members and production members. She sexually harassed 2 cast members and when confronted by her team she continued to say it was their faults coming up with excuse after excuse. She isolated cast members in attempts to turn people against each other so they would hate her less and would drunk call people after rehearsals on the regular. Previews didn’t even finish because she decided to break all intimacy rehearsal and open mouth kiss a cast member on stage in front of the whole cast, crew, and audience. The final preview was canceled and the production team brought us in to long discussion about what to do moving forward. In the end, the 20 people involved with the production was so disgusted with her actions that we did not feel comfortable at all with her in the room and would only continue with the production should she step down as the lead character which she cast herself as, and would remove herself from all put in rehearsals and performances. She then unwarranted sent all of us an email stating that she will never step down and that she hopes we can all move forward with this together. The entire cast had no choice but to walk out of the production due to her unprofessional, disgusting, predatory, and narcissistic behavior. I pray that there is a place in time that she can no longer hurt anyone anymore. PLEASE protect yourself and stay away from something better productions and the shows that they put on: Forget I Said Anything and Here I Am. Stay away and report any casting notice you see.
