I worked a world premier musical at Bay Street in 2023. My goodness, what a pleasure! I was fresh out of college, and the artistic staff and creative team made me feel like one of them right away. The housing was lovely, and even though I brought my own car they provide cars as well if that's not accessible to you! (Also, they paid me for my gas when I drove from New York to Sag Harbor, something I did not ask for). Dinner was provided during all tech nights, the AEA rules were respected to the letter- But beyond that, the staff simply made me feel at home. No complaints, 10/10, would do again.
