It has been an absolute pleasure working here. They will work with your conflicts if they are able to. They take DEI training seriously. They hire fantastic nonunion and union performers and creative teams. I never feel like a second class citizen as a nonunion performer! Housing is very nice and they provide company cars when available. Pay isn't the best but the perks really help to make up for it. Biggest show week was 8 shows one week but mainly 7 shows per week. Great area to work especially when the weather is nice. Walkable areas near theater. Would happily work here again. Quality of all artistic elements is lovely, including sets, costumes and all designs. Really fantastic experience.

I recently finished a 3-month contract here. I was a non-eq principal in the highest-budget show of their season. The production company, very great. Willing to drive us home, bring us food, etc. All very happy to work there. Very small town, community theatre energy (in a good way). Town itself... meh. Quality of production: surprisingly good. Set was cool. Housing, pretty exceptional for non-eq. Crowds were almost always sold out in their 500-seater. Issues were pay: wasn't amazinggggg and on a 1099. Creative team was hit or miss. We did 9-show weeks with 3 of those shows being at 10am for children. Love the concept, but in practice, exhausting. Would go again but only as an equity principal.
