Regarding Auditions: Auditioned for their season and got a callback 5 months prior to the start of their rehearsals. Didn't hear back until 2 weeks before rehearsals start that I didn't get cast. Not sure why it took them so long to provide a casting update, but it was frustrating to get my hopes up so many months in advance only to wait forever to hear back.

Easily one of the best companies to work for in Atlanta as crew. They honestly value their local crew as not only technicians but as part of the creative process. The pay is a little on the lower side compared to other union contracts in town for now, but the show runs are longer so it almost evens out. (edited)

Extremely high quality productions.. among the best in any regional theatre I’ve worked at. Rehearsal space is incredible, clean, and well-appointed. Pay scale is said to be low but it’s actually really good for Atlanta and will eventually come up with time and success, especially with their AEA tier going up soon. I highly recommend!

Incredible company to work for. As has been mentioned, the pay is on the low end but they treat you incredibly well there. It is hard to book as an out of towner, especially as non-union, but I definitely recommend trying to work for them. Beautiful rehearsal space you can book for self tapes as well, PT, comfy housing, good working hours that leave you time to be a human. Overall, wonderful. Only 4 stars because the pay is low, otherwise 5 stars!!!

Beautiful theatre and had a BLAST in Georgia! They rarely provide housing, but when they do it's a comfortable extended stay with shuttles to and from rehearsal and shows. Otherwise you need local housing, but they have offered flights to/from NYC and/or gas stipends so ask for those! Rehearsal space is the best I've experienced regionally and with evening rehearsals and once you get into shows, we had access during the day and on days off for self tapes. Theatre and backstage area is gorgeous. Production value is up there with the best of them. Would love for them to get their minimum pay up at some point, non eq minimum is $350 and this has been the base offer for folks playing principal roles or folks covering multiple roles which given the quality and care they display, I feel should be much higher. But they're definitely young and still building, but putting on great shows while doing it so hopefully the minimums will continue to increase. I'd happily go back!!!

Gorgeous theatre and rehearsal space. While pay minimums are low they treat you fabulous while working for them. PT scheduled in multiple times a week. Rehearsals only in the evenings. Show quality is BROADWAY. Definitely recommend especially if you can negotiate pay.
