I loved working at CSC! They're a well oiled machine that knows exactly what to do to successfully and safely put up their summer show on Boston common. I was not a member of CSC2 so I can't speak to their year round programs. Like many companies there were drastic changes made post-covid to increase equity within the company. For example: more visibly diverse hires, paying their interns a more livable wage, etc. There is still more work to be done there but I believe they're on the right path. They do tend to stick to their favorites in casting and the majority of their AEA contracts go to men... Like most companies you do still need to advocate for yourself at times but you will be heard and your needs will be met if they're able. Highly recommend!
