Sorry, all I can say is woof. Most unprofessional experience of my life. They don't give a **** about safety. Pay is dismal, even for union actors. No housing unless you are one or two principals, and even then they only provide it a few days a week. Reported sexual harassment and bullying from a man in the cast (towards multiple people) and they did NOTHING about it despite acknowledging receipt of the complaint. All they care about is money. We once put on a 20 minute "concert" version of the show because they don't prep their understudies and our lead was not able to go on. The audience got that embarrassing, awkward 20 minutes, and therefore no refunds. No space to exist, despite being required to arrive so early and not being close to home. No greenroom, and not allowed in the empty lobby of the theatre even when patrons are not there. Couple running the place began their relationship as an affair while business partners, and I'd say hey, no judgement (although i think this demonstrates a lack of integrity, personally) but the actors in your company shouldn't be aware of it before your partners 😬 *and i don't need to see you be physical with one another* They don't bring swings on until tech week and pay them less than the base pay. This is usually less than the legal minimum wage. Why on earth you would set the hardest-working members of your cast up to fail like this, I will never understand. Not run by good people.

Great theatre! Super cute town, professional atmosphere, AFM pay. The commute can be a bit tedious (it's just over an hour from Penn Station/Grand Central) but the company covers all transportation. The music contractor is extremely kind and always advocates for the best from his musicians. Would gladly work here again.

Worked on their crew in multiple positions. Rates are abysmally low with no change year to year and no empathy or understanding towards cost of living. Very high expectations, little to no understanding from management on the work involved. It was an okay place to get some experience and build a resume/skills but unsustainable financially to work there long term

Professional, nice experience. Housing in a case by case basis as they are within a certain proximity to Manhattan that equity does not require they provide housing for all actors but they have transportation for actors. Beautiful theater, cute town, decent people, and very organized.

Upper mgmt does not care about you or your safety. Housing is for who they choose, no matter how far away you live. When problems arise, they tell you one thing and do something different. On an LOA but building a hotel across the street so their money is there.

Professional experience. They treat you well and pay for your transportation to and from the city. In my opinion they need to be paying their non-union actors more as the commute to and from the city every day is a lot!
