Lovely theatre and lovely people. This is a gem of a theatre in the beautiful mountains of NC. When I worked there the housing had just been remodeled so it was nice enough - small but clean. It lacked a kitchen but had a small fridge and microwave. Car share was fine due to small cast. Artistic director is wonderful, as was the whole staff. Not a lot of money to throw around but they make the most of what they have and I would go back in a heartbeat.

Good experience overall. Very kind staff and personnel. Guest artists treated with respect and safety concerns were taken seriously. Housing was good. Honestly, I did worry a bit about the amount of work that was required by the acting apprentices hired for the season.... (edited)
