I have worked three contracts at the Fulton and I can seriously say that I can't imagine a better place to work, anywhere. I'm sad to hear the other reviewer feels they don't prioritize the safety of the cast - I feel that the Fulton is absolutely actor-centric in the sense that they protect actors and make sure it is a safe place to work, explore, and create, both physically and in terms of workplace dynamics. I would go back in a heartbeat, and plan on continuing to audition there. I have found that the Fulton staff was warm, welcoming, helpful, encouraging, and on their game. Not to mention the production value is great, Lancaster is a fantastic small city, and the casting is excellent. I would 10/10 recommend based on my experiences as an actor there.

Be very cautious. They don’t prioritize safety of the cast. Beautiful space, beautiful shows, and beautiful housing, but a lot of shady things get brushed under the rug there.
