My experience with Main Street Theater was a great time! The artistic director there Vivienne is a very kind and sweet person who tries her hardest to make sure the actors and workers all feel safe and well-treated. This theater has one of the highest actor-retention of any theater I’ve seen and many actors who’ve worked there tend to do several more shows with the company because of its welcoming atmosphere. And for budding new actors it is a great learning environment to prepare for the industry ahead. The pay is pretty average not too good not too bad but I couldn’t recommend working for this company more (specifically the TYA department as that’s the department I have experience with).
