Crazy to even discuss, but I was cast in a show there where I was ignored and bullied by the cast. I mentioned something to the director and stage manager who claimed this was a safe space and they would have a conversation with the cast and try to remedy the situation. Instead I was mocked and jeered throughout the run. I also called out of a performance and everyone I knew was being reached out to and some homes were visited looking for me to find out why I called out (which no reason needs to be given mind you). They then fired me and revoked my ride back to the airport to return home two days later when the show was ending. Told me I couldn't pick up my stuff until the theatre was empty. it was a nightmare and I wouldnt recommend working here. Some other fun facts. I had long hair when hired, they asked if I would cut it for the show. I said if I had to I would. They cut my hair and put me in a hat the whole show. This was Pre pandemic and I hope they do better for the sake of other actors who come here. Also just note the same person directs all their shows and will watch videos of the Broadway version of shows to help with staging..... Wish I could give it zero stars but I'll give it 1 because the pay was decent and the theatre was nice.
