Very sweet and hardworking production teams for all their shows. They run a musical theater conservatory year round, so you will typically be working with some current students under 18 in the ensemble or smaller roles in all the professional productions. Rehearsal process is typically 3 weeks. You rehearse and perform in the same building and they have a newly renovated theater on site and also rent out the Byham Theater in downtown Pittsburgh for some of the larger musicals. Housing is not available for any out of town talent, so you have to be able to work local to Pittsburgh to do a show here. Overall it's a nice staff, decent production quality and I had a good experience in all shows here.
