HUGE disconnect between crew and management. Overworked and underpaid.

Plenty of empty promises, upper management does not care about you or your job while overworking you. Creating theater is nice but being told half your staff is getting furloughed within 48 hours is not.

Productions are fantastic. People in charge are very pretentious and shady. Lots of nepotism. Lack of empathy & humanity, but performative enough to the public to make it look like they care about their actors as human beings.
