Speakeasy is wonderful and I would go back in a second! The pay is on the lower end of the equity houses in Boston but there's usually room to negotiate and they're occasionally able to house out-of-town actors with donors nearby. They have a good team of people who care and do good work. Their seasons are indicative of paying attention to marginalized communities and responding to improving access for all. Highly recommend!
