Really great experience working here. Housing is clean, safe and private. There is not much to do in Syracuse but that's not the theater's fault! The subscriber base is definitely on the older (60+) side which can make audiences feel sleepy - though they are appreciative! The creative team for my show was diverse and open to collaboration. I felt honored as an artist and as a person. Would 100% work here again.

I wish the pay was higher but this place gets a 4/5 for doing everything else by the book!
