I loved working with this company! Nicest housing I've ever stayed in, frankly. I was in a 1-bedroom apartment, walking distance from the theatre and right on the water with beautiful views. The downtown area is also walking distance with plenty of restaurants and shopping. I had my own car with me, but the company management team is on top of it with scheduled trips as needed. The rehearsal space is beautiful and the amenities are plentiful. My only note is that the marketing team doesn't seem to care much about getting butts in seats, which is weird. They offer all these accessible performances, but seemingly don't invite the communities these performances benefit most. Oh! And they offered weekly PT sessions! Honestly, can't recommend enough.

Pretty basic low grade AEA house in the jersey shore region. Definitely better than places like Surflight. Housing is fine. If you get lucky enough you might get to work on something going to Broadway. Update: Decided to update my review from 3-5 stars after serious consideration. If everything is fine and you might get a chance to work on something big a theatre deserves a better rating. (edited)

Process seemed disconnected (but this was likely the show, not the company). Pay for crew is low, but they do provide housing which may be a draw for some. Good pay for creatives, and paid on time.
