Worked here and was really touched at how wonderful Scott and Jen, the married couple who runs this theatre is and the environment they create, especially as a nonunion theatre in the midwest. Very transparent communication, first rate creatives who put the comfortability and safety of the actors before everything else, and really allow the actors to play and make choices within the show. Scott directs and is also usually the choreographer, and he puts together some INTENSE dance numbers so have your cardio up! Wagon Wheel is theatre-in-the-round and that takes some getting used to, definitely be prepared to move scenery on and offstage during the show since big pieces can't stay onstage because of obstructing certain seats' views. For young nonunion actors this theatre is where you want to be if you value working safely and being paid fairly.
