Great theatre, wonderful company, very non-equity. Contract: Not the highest paying contract out there, at least when I was there, but decent for a fully non-eq company. Performers are generally teachers for the summer theatre school as well. Company: A wonderful company genuinely dedicated to raising new artists and putting on high quality productions. You do feel like a part of the community of Helena when you work here. Housing: Some are housed in staged apartments, some are housed with locals who offer up their space. I personally had 2 wondeful housing assignments when I worked there. But I can see how it could get sketchy being housed with local families. Overall: Wonderful and fun company to work for, very much for building the early stages of a career.
