I had a wonderful experience here. They mostly cast locally/ use their resident company except for specific needs. I had the opportunity to be one of those, and they really treated me well. The actor house is large and rustic, with some funny features, but it's quite cozy, and it is right next to the theatre. They're a passionate company with long rehearsal periods of only evenings mostly. They pay decently, but also I only did four shows a week, so it more than balanced out. They really treat you like family and invite you to gatherings around the show and rehearsals. I would definitely work here again anytime they need an out of towner.
