My experience with this company was early on so I'm hoping things have improved. The airbnb we were housed in was a mess, but I know for sure they have different housing. The reason I wouldn't go back is because their DEI work is just lip service and I don't trust them to actually look out for people properly. Maybe this has changed, but I wouldn't count on it.

This small and relatively new theatre truly works to do their best by their audience and performers. I was an out of town actor and I was housed in a private suite in the home of one of the theatre's supporters. Jordan Beck and Jeremy Scott Lapp work to make it a first class experience. As one of the few equity contracts for that production, one of the things I thought the most telling was the lack of 'Hierarchy' between Equity and Non Union performers. Everyone was treated as equal and held to the same standards. I would highly recommend working at CCAE Theatricals.
