Overall good experience. Tiring job. They housed us at a hotel during training- I have no complaints about that aspect. I knew about most of the logistics before accepting this job. I like the people that work in the main office. The job is not for everyone. Some weeks are better than others. My biggest complaint is how they handle unbooked weeks (edited)

A 0 star review doesn’t even give this company what they should get. This company will wreck your mental health and make your rethink what you’re doing with your degree. This job is basically just a glorified babysitting position and the pay is not worth what you are doing also not to mention the housing they put you up in is disgusting because they are just trying to save money wherever they can. This company does not care about there employees and will not be on call if you have any problems or issues that arise while you are out on the road traveling. Please read all these reviews and don’t accept a contract with this company.

if i could put 0 stars i would. i had no idea what i was getting into. I ended up leaving after about 5 weeks of a summer contract with them because my mental health was just plummeting every second i was on the job. In most places it’s just glorified babysitting, or areas where you have to come up with fixes on the spot with little to no help from the places that hire you or the team in Missoula. I had a situation where i had a child who fit none of the costumes, called for help to find a solution and i was told to “figure it out”. I also spent about 400 dollars of my own money laundering their costumes for which i was supposed to be reimbursed and never was. don’t work here if you think you’re actually going to be performing.

The management at the company are super nice but they care way more about money than their actors. They don’t pay attention to who they’re hiring and when you have issues on tour they don’t provide any help beyond listening to your problems. They hire so many actors who are not experienced, super toxic, and unkind. Plus the pay is absolutely not worth it.

Yikes really didn’t know what I was getting into. Housing is abhorrent. They hire people who are tone deaf. The housing is absolutely abhorrent. (edited)
