The upper management doesn't seem to understand the process of creating theater. Their staffing fluctuates and have recently eliminated key members that kept things rolling. Replacing them with a outside company with a reputation of their own for poor quality.

Day to day as a crew member was pretty good - lovely people, relatively good pay. However, management is an absolute mess right now it seems. Super chaotic, lots of empty jobs/positions being eliminated. A real shame.

HUGE disconnect between crew and management. Overworked and underpaid. Love the final products and have made friends for life, but the process feels broken.
