Various sections of Lincoln Center Theater operate differently. Mostly depending on their union contracts. Most of my experiences have been positive. However, the skill and knowledge of the crew fluctuates drastically from venue to venue.

Lincoln Center's Summer for the City is a great program! Incredibly kind staff and crew, thoughtful and accommodating to our production (particularly being mindful of disability accessibility both in mobility and hearing considerations for cast, crew and audience). The performance was smooth and the backstage crew jumped in with very little prep time. Some email follow up needed in the weeks leading up to the show to get everyone on the same page (which i give them a bit of a pass on, since the staff is juggling a lot of productions).
