More so than most other venues, I always feel at home and taken care of by the full-time PAA staff. The fun-yet-professional working environment, and antiquate hourly rate make the PAA one of my favorite places to work in the city. All that being said, I've never been contracted this venue to work on a fee. I have heard from others that associate design fees can equate to sub-minimum wage.
