I worked here as a backstage crew member for a month long run of a new show. The staff is friendly and very hardworking - but also clearly spread very thin. The TD is amazing, but he is basically the only full time technical team member and has way too much on his plate, which led to things slipping through the cracks. Despite being the resident production, we ended up sharing the space with workshop rehearsals and late-night improv groups, who treated our set and props with disrespect. We were constantly having to work around these things, leading to a lot more work for set-up and break-down than expected. In terms of the physical space, this place is a step up from The Tank, but not a large step. If you work here, go in with the full expectations of a "downtown" experience.
