Since his name is in the production company and that is the whole production company, I can’t quite say exact details of my experience. There is nobody to go to when unacceptable behavior occurs if the only person in power is the source of said behavior. Suffice it to say, this is not a safe or comfortable environment for performers, especially women. But for anyone, I strongly recommend you do not approach this company.
